Free Shipping

Petnutri offer free shipping on orders $49.99 and above, within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via UPS Ground Service, 2-5 days delivery time. This offer is not valid for P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Rates

You can choose from a variety of shipping options. For orders worth $49.99 or less, shipping charges are applicable based on following shipping rate matrix

we are unable to offer free shipment on few large and/or heavy products (usually liquids, or in glass bottles), however, we are offering reduced shipping rate on such orders as follows.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.

Orders received before 12pm Pacific Daylight time Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day. Order received after 12pm Pacific Time Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Federal holidays will be processed on the following day.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime after placing it, but before we start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your order placement and our processing may be 24 hours. Please contact at cancel@petnutri.com

Order Returns

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund under following circumstances:

• Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories
• Item was received damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was shipped

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. You should get RMA code from our customer support service by email at support@petnutri.com, before returning merchandise to us. We will also send you a return label via email including RMA code. Affix the label on the original package and return it to your courier.

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will only be charged for all shipments within the State of California at the rate of 8.25%.
